Any dispute or disagreement arising from or in connection with this contract shall be amicably settled by mediation to be administered by the EUROCHAMBRES’ Mediation and Arbitration Chamber - CAE – in São Paulo, in accordance with its Mediation Rules (1).

If the parties do not reach an agreement within five (5) rounds of negotiation, or no later than 3 (three) months, whichever comes first, the dispute shall be finally settled by arbitration to be administered by the EUROCHAMBRES’ Mediation and Arbitration Chamber - CAE – in São Paulo, in accordance with its Arbitration Rules (2).
